In my country male average height is 5'9. Female average height is 5'4.5.
From that you could claim that your "ideal" partner height is about 4.5 shorter than you.
This isn't very scientific but consider that it matches up reasonably well with the "taller than me in heels" metric many girls seem to go by.
If you are a manlet I would suggest you pump L/M/S as quickly as you can and marry a girl ASAP. On a dating site you can filter girls by heights that are appropriate for you.

I've been 5'4 since freshman year of high school and I'm currently a freshman in college. It's not that bad, you might feel like you're belittled at times but you're just beating yourself up. In my early years of high school I felt as though I was the bitch of my friend group and they only kept me around to fuck with me. Eventually I matured enough to figure out we're all fucked with the same amount and I just didn't take it as well as the other guys. Back to my early years in high school, I'd do a lot on my own and not tell anyone, such as trail running and hiking. Senior year I got really popular when I became public about my trips, I started doing photography and won a contest for high school students with National Geographic. Eventually my current gf and me bonded in our depression around Junior year and now we're about 2 and a half years strong. (she's actually taller than me by about half an inch). I'd look at myself as a success story because I got through being depressed and blaming my height for everything but there were times when girls turned me down only with that reason. I think it makes my current relationship more meaningful because my current gf pulled me out of what I would call my worst. There were times when girls turned me down because of my height in my early years, a lot. There are always shallow people out there but the fact is if you're interested in them you're being irrational. I know I'm gonna get banter for posting this but if you are insecure about your height know it's mostly all in your head.
