I'm thinking of upping my intake because for the last two days I've had not much energy for exercise even though I only do ~15minutes of moderate cardio and 30 minutes of yoga. My energy has been waning and I don't want to believe its because of the calories I've been eating all along but I don't know. Only started exercising a couple weeks ago, for mental health more than anything.

I only do cheat days when I torture myself by skipping a meal a day. But that shouldn't be hard considering a lot of anons itt are "fasting". This general is my source of motivation. To make me lose the last few pounds required to achieve thin aesthetics.

This was my post and I just came back to say I hope you guys are keeping your health intact while trying to reach your goals. Obviously drinking water, etc. but really just the thought of "binging" and then fasting type of dieting sounds awful and it can't be great for you.

From experience I've eaten one small meal a day for a few days due to lack of funds & I remember by maybe the 4th day I was starting to lost focus and tunnel vision/dizziness kicked in.

I would say it does increase weight loss- there haven't been many studies but I think I read one at some point where regular weed smokers had, on average, a lower BMI than non weed smokers, even though the smokers ate more calories. Because of munchies.

That's exactly what I've always realized but I'm not mentally able to work and move out atm no doubt due to a sedentary lifestyle. I'm working on it with exercise and meditation for focus.

There have been many "last straws" but this was one of the easier ones to see. honestly, even though I've known her for over 2 decades a part of me is always on the look-out for a way to reach her and make her become a good person. I'm always surprised how deeply a horrible person she is. I've realized since 6 she was not a good person by her actions but as I'm maturing I'm realizing she's also a bad person on the inside. For me there is a very significant, noticeable, linear relation to how much fat I eat and how not-hungry I am throughout the day. I posted in another thread that I ended up eating almost totally protein one day a couple days ago and I was actually lowkey hungry all day rather than not hungry at all like I was for the previous month.

Did you make the burrito yourself? If not, wherever you get it should have nutrition facts online so you can track calories and content. Since you can't, probably, control your family dinner unless you can convert your dad to LCHF too, I'd try to get as much fat as possible, in proportion to how much you expect to eat for dinner, so you wont be as hungry for the rest of the day and the satiety will be there so you don't overeat.

I would also nix the beer. I don't drink because I used to get terrible hangovers even from very small amounts of alcohol but last time I drank, New Years, as soon as that alcohol hit I was wanting to devour some Ramen nooles and pretty much all food in sight. It's a bad look, my friendo. So try to nix it if you can.

It was from a local place. I did calorie count it in MFP, but it is hard to be accurate. Also it was so tasty and big it was hard to stop eating. It also had some brown rice in it which doesn't help - I guess at least it wasn't white rice.

Exercise might help mentally. I'm bipolar type 2 (the sadder more depressive one) and organizing my life a bit has really helped. My biggest piece of advice is a regular sleep schedule of 7-8 hours. After you have that taken care of, add some exercise. Forces some feel good chemicals in your brain that's better than beer in the long run.

How many calories you guys think are in a wrap like this? Turkey and a bit of cheese (because trying to be high fat meme). Wheat wrap.

Most cheeses are high in fat and mustard is usually high in sugar (can be because it's honeymustard), especially if you get them at a restaurant or something. Supermarkets have a low-fat option and sell pure dijon mustard which are both low in calories.

It really depends on the type of cheese. If you buy at the supermarket you can just get cheese and mustard; no biggie.

Get 20+ or 30+ cheese, which is considered young. It has 6-12% fats. All cheesefats are around 60% saturated, which is quite high.
Peanut butter for example has a fatpercentage of 20% (out of the total fats).

If you are <1500kcal and only eat like 40g of cheese then it won't really matter which type you eat.

yeah, I'm still restricting, but it's the same amount as I was restricting by when I happened to plateau in the first place. I really have no idea what's going on. I thought it was all about CICO but apparently that just stops working after a bit or I'm measuring something wrong. Kinda frustrating. I want to be /thin/ by spring and at this rate I'm not gonna make it.

i had to relearn this lesson ever time i hit more than a 2 week plateau, but that's literally it

weight loss is literally just calories in < calories out. IF is used for fat loss, LCHF is about staying fuller for longer

id like to say that that's around my goal weight,
since im currently same height but 155 lbs

Ive been eating 800-1100 calories a day with half
an hour biking which burns around 300 cal

That is downright incorrect in every regard. Don't worry about muscle loss when fasting, your body will not use muscle for energy during this period.
