Fuck hairspray. You need a volumising mousse, and a hairdryer. Then apply some pomade.

Weak hold and staying wet are features of pomade.
That's why "greasers" are always combing their hair in movies and 20s-30s characters often have hair falling in their eyes.

I use the same stuff. Your hair isnt falling out its just all the hairs that would have fallen out throughout the day leavung your head when you wash. Its all holding gels and pomades. Same thing happened to me when using american crew but when i dont use it for a day it stops
