I've got some sympathy for this OP. Over 100% of the time it's tacky, disgusting and lazy. Almost always it's worn by Mediterranean fucks with no sense of decency decorated in gaudy and untasteful Gucci/prada/Armani etc.

However, it makes casual loafers and sperrys look great and easy to do. Really, it just depends on how it's done
