What do you guys do to stay motivated? Thinspo pics dont work for me, so I wrote goal weights on my mirror. Being able to cross them out and see the list get smaller as I go is very encouraging, compared to just looking at pictures.

I've fasted for three days with nothing but home made smoothies and water. Lost four lbs.

Some advice: always focus your attention on other things if you start to crave. Exercise, work, a hobby. I'm in my last semester of Uni so I'm already pretty distracted. Focusing on school work and exercising helped dissipate the hunger pangs.

To clarify I'm speaking about an all liquid fast. I guess you can call it cheating but I consume nothing more than 200-300 calories a day and still lose quite a bit. exercise is great though especially lifting weights and I encourage everyone to do it

So I was doing keto, you know the low carb, high protein and fat diet an understanding how protein and fat works pushes into how I did a bit of fasting.

So what I ate were foods that contained a lot of protein like eggs and most meats like certain sausages and bacon because the more protein and fat you have in that meal, the less hungry you get

I then try to last the entire day until I hit my limit and drink water. Water is fucking fantastic, it's a natural hunger depressant, limits water weight by making yourself hydrated and has no calories or carbs

I read an article saying that sometimes when you think you are hungry, your body are actually dehydrated so I drank water and it works for me

Then I worked out to get some gains, but it's a bit hard at the moment because I dont eat a lot of calories so I'm really limited until I hit my goal weight

At the end of the day, the mind is most important, like how hard do you want it, you know?
