Just eat like normal, one binge or two won't hurt you
On the other hand the worst thing you can do after a binge (unless you actually want to invite more binges) is restrict even more and try to suppress them
If you're really hungry try haggling with them and eating a bit before you reach your binge threshold, you'll end up loosing slower but not as slow as you would if you fully gave in

1. log your diet in cronometer
2. see what you're missing
4. go to some online pharmacy or something
5. look for supplements that cover everything you need
6. order this and vitamin D because you are most likely missing it either way
Alternatively if you eat very little (like 500kcal or less on average) just find something that has as much micronutrients in doses as close to RDA as possible

Alternatively if you're on a more regular intake (average 1200kcal +) try to skip the multivitamin and get all your micros from food, it's cheaper in the long run and creates a good habit

there's no point to this post i just can't complain about this to anyone i know irl. also i'll preface with the fact that everything is my own fault. my inability to lose any more weight is literally just me being stupid and fat with no self control

I had to up my amount of calories lately because I'd get too tired and dizzy by the time I ate (for IF) and I like working out. So I tend to eat about 800 calories with a couple snacks earlier in the day and a healthy dinner, but give or take how much I work out it comes down to 500-600 like I wanted to. It's worked awesomely for me

Guy that studied engineering here. A few things are likely going on.

a) You aren't that pretty. But that's okay when you are female.
b) You are one of the few girls in your classes so the guys, on occasion, talk about you. In my case there was this 6/10 whom the guys gave some attention ("friends") but kind of talked down on to eachother ("lel lol receeding hairline, retarded, etc.etc."). Meanwhile, most of them still wanted to fuck her, but they never did - and she was actually a very sweet friendly girl. (I'm using girl as an example obviously, there were a number of them but in individual classes sometimes only one or maybe two).
c) Male dominated fields of studies are full of betas, so they are too afraid to ask you out.

I was such a beta in college that this one girl in my studies literally got me drunk, took me home to her apartment and said "well what do you want to do now"... and I said something like "w-were drunk lets t-talk tomorrow" because I was too scared. Some guys are such idiots like me you have to take it slow with them.

But ask them out, make it known you want that. I mean you at least have to pass on some clues and unless they are as retarded as I was they'll be your bf very quickly.

No, that sounds about right. I regularly do 5ks in about 30 minutes apiece, usually about twice a week, and I burn 262 calories for each one. If you burnt less calories than me, it might just be that I go even slower, or that I run on a track instead of a treadmill (but then, my own number of 262 is just an estimate). 220 calories for 30 minutes of jogging is very near what I'd expect.

If you're trying to lose weight, stop focusing on the gym and start focusing on what you're putting in your body. I weighed almost 150 lbs last August and as of December I weighed about 125 lbs, and that's not an unreasonable amount of weight to lose in that time span with simple caloric restriction -- i.e., just paying attention to how much shit you eat. Exercise should supplement your diet plan, ideally, but realistically speaking losing weight by exercising more and continuing to eat the same shit is not a sound diet for losing weight.

What is your TDEE? Because there's no way you can lose 4lbs per week unless half is water weight.

You need a weekly deficit of AT LEAST (since the 3500 cal deficit/1lbs seems to be severely overestimating weight loss) 4*3500=14000 calories.

This is a 14000/7= 2000 calorie/day deficit.
If you are eating "healthy" let's assume you are consuming 1000 calories per day.

Currently 160cm/6"0 and 60kg/132lbs, did IF for a while like a half a year ago, but currently struggle with immense hunger in the morning.

Tiny micro snacking through the day. A banana here, half an apple there and constantly drink water or tea. If u like coffee it can also help. This is hunger management.

He probably is. At the end of the day you have to want it, there are no short cuts. Best we can offer is tips on what to eat and dieting methods like intermittent fasting or keto.

On that note, I really like IF but I can't into keto because 1) can't be dealing with the keto flu because I work too much 2) I like my fruits and veggies.

Have gone from obese to normal and aiming for thin at the moment and let me tell you, I was always cold when I was a fattie so it's even worse now. No idea how I'll be able to tolerate it at skinny mode. It's why I've always loved summer, only season I can really feel comfortable.

Small snacks, maybe just a couple of berries, maybe a few kale chips. Trust me this keeps you from binging. Just make sure to log them in myfitnesspal too. Think of it like you're constantly drowning, but coming up for a short tiny breath every now and then to keep you from dying (binging)

I appreciate it anon...Ive always had a bit of a battle with my weight. Ive been as small as 95 lbs (five years ago, the absolute shittiest time in my life). I just have shit self esteem in general so gaining so much weight really fucks me up more.

Yea, i found it insane. I'm 18 years old and apparently i need like 1200 mg per day. It would require 3 glasses of milk plus veggies and supplements to get that and the only person i've known to drink more than one glass a day as an adult is my dad and he used to be a bodybuilder

I've read a Harvard health article which says that only 600-750 is required and Vitamin D is far more important but i don't know who to trust anymore
