I have some isolated hairs that grow maybe half an inch above my eyebrows, just a few barely visible ones, but when they're plucked, I instantly rise a point on the ten point scale.
I pluck the few hairs that grow between my eyebrows too - most important. Just don't overdo the pruning, only pluck isolated hairs.

Wash your face and moisturise it afterwards. Moisturiser is amazing. Cetaphil or similar.

Use a bristle brush instead of a comb. Shinier hair, more even distribution of sebum.

Shampoo twice a week at most, use paraben and sulphate free shampoo (coconut soap or even saltwater are better than most shampoos.) Then use a conditioner - lemon water works, but most commercial conditioners are harmless and make your hair look sleek.
