I'm not quite sure, but I think that's a special version of the Helmut Lang Astro Parker. It's very famous, because Helmut Lang was the first person ever(!) to make a fashion parka jacket. Where would we be without him! It's hard to get nowadays. I think you can get them on aliexpress, but they are nearly always sold out.
