I would say it's just a light makeup sorry
I think asians would say youthful makeup to something like this because the lipstick is more on the pink side and theres a little pink blush

I would call it simply a more asian makeup look. maybe natural with a statement lip. If you're looking for individual pieces, I think a water base(for the dewy skin look), soft natural brown eyeshadow and lipstick are the main here.
