i was in the same boat three years ago, asked people on here if i was balding too, everyone shitposted and i got no answers.

you might be fine, your hairline will naturally recede a bit into your 20s but if you notice you can see your scalp through your hair, then you can start to worry. it might be worth making an appointment to a dermatologist just to make sure, it will at least give you peace of mind.

important thing to note if you are losing hair (i started losing it at a really accelerated rate this year, 23 and no bald family members) you can stop/slow down the hair loss but you can't reverse it, so it's important to get on meds before it gets really awful - you're nowhere near that point, and you might not even be losing any hair. again, give it 6 months or something and check up with a doctor. treatment can be expensive, rogaine is greasys hit you have to put in your hair, propecia is a pill that might give you an erectile dysfunction, and they're not cheap
