Going to a salon to get my eyebrows done for the first time since they are bushy as fuck.

Got off the phone with some Indian lady and she said cleaning them up would be $11. Is that too cheap? I remember someone saying $20 is a good price. The place has got great reviews though.

When I was living in houston I went to this place in the barrio that charged $5 and they did a great job. I'd give it a shot
