I can't speak for the clothes themselves but I watched a lot of their videos and they are just incredibly shite. They go for a non mainstream look that are honestly abhorrent in all aspects. The worst being their shorts video and wearing sneakers with suits

Fast shipping, good service, decent fits, average pricing. Only reason its better than Lane Crawford is because its British, which means no customs fees for Europeans. Lane Crawford has the best fits of all online stores. They have abysmal pricing, though. Farfetch is probably still the better choice since it has bigger stock and (often) lower pricing. Their fits are atrocious, though.

Customer service is amazing, they double boxed my shoes when they arrived and the way they neatly packaged my tee was great too. Their shipping was pretty fast, and I used their same day delivery once as well - literally no complaints. Maybe prices are a bit high but thats because of the designers they stock

Overpriced. Sales aren't great. Pretty wide selection, but it doesn't cater to a wide range of aesthetics. Packaging is top notch. Never had a problem with customer service.
