if its in a couple of days then your fucked desu it wont completely disappear within a few days but you can make it slightly smaller by combining honey and a small amount of vinegar and applying to it to the spot for about an 1 1/2 hours twice everyday
protip: dont overdo the vinegar or it will cause more harm than good

either put a small smear of toothpaste on it over night (related to your problem) or just wash your face with lemon juice and a cotton ball every 2 or 3 days works wonders

Wear makeup. That's what I did during my accurate treatment so I could go out and not be embarrassed

There hasn't been a single good suggestion ITT (except for

To combat acne you need to, drink a lot of water, eat healthy, wash face morning and even, and moisturize. Hopefully that'll work.

You can also cover it with BB cream
