>black on red
This is the fedora of color theory. Black is moody, professional, mysterious, serious and absolute. Red is fiery, passion, intense, and bold. They're great on their own but if you put them together, and you're not Antonio Banderas, you will look like a edgy 16 year old who wants to show everyone how much of an extrovert he wants to be or some stereotypical asian gangster from a John Woo movie. Also it's fucking lazy and cliche.
Also I'm pretty sure that jacket costs $50. You want leather, you better be ready to drop $300 minimum.
Joke all you want, but wear something like this with normies, or even surface level nerds, and you'll earn brownie points all day.
Only /fa/ and preppies look at this and scoff.
Most people who wouldn't look at this and say "cool" don't even know the source of the design.
You're not gonna impress anyone of note with a cheap black/red fake leather jacket.
It's very, very easy to impress most people. If your clothes fit you're better dressed than 40% of people. If you wear a collared shirt or a polo or something that isn't a graphic t-shirt you're "dressing up." You don't want to base your closet on the approval of the average shlub because the truth is: they don't actually give a shit about clothes, they just notice the first thing that isn't a hoodie and sweatpants.
Everyone who thinks they're out-going puts red shoes on. Go out and see how many assholes have bright fucking red-on-red-on-red-with red laces shoes.
Red converse/canvas shoes are a prep staple though. Those shoes in the pic can go with just about anything casual.
Genuine leather version is about $300. Faux leather is around $200.
I can pull off red and black. I usually wear a black shirt and pants with a red tie anyway.
I get complements when I wear a Deadpool Logo T-Shirt. This jacket would be a major boost over that. You would be surprised how many ladies will come up and start talking to you about a deadpool shirt.
>I usually wear a black shirt and pants with a red tie anyway.
I don't wear a hat or jacket.
Something like this.
Who said only? I wear more than that. I didn't mean usually as in all the time. I just meant occasionally but regularly. Basically, I am not afraid of wearing it.
Here's a better pick. It is a bit close to the look I rock, minus the gaudy belt.
I hope you realized Burt bases his entire on what worked on the 70s and still goes with it because he's old and doesn't give a shit before you posted that picture as a positive example
No shit. That's why I wear a reasonable belt. It would look stupid without a belt to tie it together.
I just go with what works for me.
Fuck off, kiddo. Just because your fugly ass can't pull it off doesn't mean no one can.
Unless you are talking about the short sleeves, in which case, yeah, I wear long sleeved shirts. It's just not easy to find picks of it.
Bro I was 15 once too. I shopped at hot topic and people liked that because it was a step up from Wal-Mart. No one ever fucked me based on what I was wearing but you have to present yourself
About what? You can't honestly think that a black shirt and red tie doesn't pop and catch attention, especially if you have dark hair and fair skin. It draws attention to your face like a magnet. If you have a face to back it up then it is a good choice.
>I get gals coming up to talk to talk to me about a deadpool t-shirt of all things
>eating at korean market cafe with friends
>chubby white dude comes in to shop with his mom
>dude is wearing a noragi like he can pull it off
if I was you and I'd probably punch my bathroom mirror every time I saw my reflection in the morning and cry in the bath tub
What lame fucking nerd squad do you hang around with where people will be impressed you watched a comic book movie and liked it enough to buy a cheap jacket emulating it's protagonist?
"Normies' wear a jacket from walmart and call it a fucking day.
This is the most disgusting thread i've seen in years on /fa/
This board is fucking dead
The disease is not as common as you would think. And yes, caring about pretty clothes may be one of the symptoms of it, the truth is straight me care about looking good too. It's how we attract chicks to bang.
Post yfw you realize OP is a guy in his thirties who dresses like an edgy teenager with no fashion sense and loiters around college campuses in a feeble attempt to hold onto his youth.
>I'm 30 with the physicality of a 20 year old with the dress sense of a 14 year old
You obviously want this jacket. You're not getting approval here yet you continue to defend your endeavor. But as people mentioned in this thread before, the people you seem to corral with don't seem to have any taste, they would approve anything. This should be your last thread on /fa/ since you only care about the approval of your crowd and won't get the same here.
But really that jacket is atrocious and even your audience will think you got it at Hot Topic.
God OP I bet you go to comic-con and work(ed) at hot topic. Either way dont expect anyone to take your cliche rockboiXDD style seriously, just stop posting or stop trolling this thread already achieved that, the more you post the more im willing to believe you are a fat fag who fucks hot topic girls
