1300-1700 cal/day, I'm vegetarian so that comes mostly from fruits and greens. Yoghurt is low cal and good source of protein. No sodas or snacks; just water and black coffee. Run 6 miles every other day; bodyweight exercises on the rest. Do manual labor. IF with a six hour eating window.

IF and keto with caloric restriction. I ended a 2 day fast with 1200 calories, so stretched across 3 days, like 400 calories per day in ketosis. Planning on doing a 3 week water fast in the next couple of days, but that's more so for health and second for weight loss. I got a stem cell therapy injection coming up and being fasted before and after dramatically increases the success rate

1200 is probably good at your weight if you don't try to overdo on the running. Just make sure you get enough protein,electrolytes and super male vitality pills.

Always remember it's a marathon not a race. It's best to do a little every day, or ever few days rather than try to fix everything in one long 10 mile run.

My goal weight was recorded a while ago as 125 lbs. Ideally I want to have visible abs. I used to have them before I gained weight, and I like feeling proud of my appearance.
I might already be there: I last weighed myself like two weeks ago because I don't have a reliable scale at college.
I think it was about a 300 calorie deficit. I started using Lose It! in October but I've been trying to lose weight since August, when I started C25K. I was 150 lbs all summer.
I'd like to draw more and start looking for internships relevant to my future career.

probs 3 months, I was 128.9kg at the end of august and since then I've lost 25.5 to get to where I am today.
Continue what I'm doing, in short it's fast for breakfast optional black coffee, small portion of protein and green veg for lunch and dinner drink tons of water and thats it.

it came off quite quick at the start but now I can have a perfect week and lose 2kg. I swap my protein every two days and its about 400-600g for four meals and then I steam a small handful of green veg with each meal (depends what I'm feeling usually its broccoli, beans or asparagus) I cook the four portions every days. I don't calorie count at all, I have two meals a day and das it, I might have a few almonds if I'm gunna watch a movie or something.

I think if i wasn't drinking water constantly I'd probably be a lot hungrier not sure tho. Like i'm just chilling at home all day don't require much energy and have one water bottle I'm always drinking from and another in the fridge getting cold I would drink at least 5 water bottles a day and the only downside is using the bathroom a lot lol. I also take friday off and just cook some yummy foods but even then it's just like a curry or ramen and a nice breakfast I haven't had takeaway in 2months maybe closer to 3 now. I'd be happy to right out a more formal doc of my weekly routine/diet.

Anyway, if you cut too many calories consistently your body starts to optimizes itself to reduce fat loss to a minimum, starvation mode, which causes headache and lightheadness like you seem to have. If you don't really need to do anything important and since you seem to keep losing weight at a good rate it's fine I guess but it's usually advised to do one day a week with calories at maintenance level to reduce this effect.

It's so frustrating to start off obese and see the pounds fly off with little effort and get into a ~healthy BMI and have to fight tooth and nail to get the scale to budge, comparatively. Like the first week I tried to lose weight my biggest change was giving up soda completely and I must have lost like, 5 lbs that week. (I know it was mostly water weight but it is so, so easy to lose weight when you're already heavy; anyone who started at a high BMI will agree with me here.)

I try to lose weight healthily as much as I can, but I might have to pick a few days out of the week to restrict higher. My friend is going to be home on January 5th and I wanted to be 15 lbs lighter but I'm only about 10 lbs lighter than when she left...

I also have school coming up in July. I NEED to do well in school so I'll have to find some good balance there...I still work out constantly even if I am in school, so I don't think I'll have trouble maintaining, but I still want to lose. /blog post

Read /fit/'s sticky, there is a section on healthy foods, as well as the link to the low cal foods in the OP in this thread. Eat all those but under maintenance and you will be good. Find what works for you; some people like eating lighter portions more throughout the day; I personally like IF because I like to eat bigger meals 2bh. Too used to them from being obese probably.

Well /thinspo/ is all about losing weight, so you might be a little lost. I would say /fit/ is a little better about general nutrition and health, its sticky alone is all you need though. The advice you get on /fit/ can...vary in quality.

But yeah you seem like you really need to read /fit/'s sticky since, no offense, you sound like you know almost nothing about nutrition.

Intermittent Fasting means you only eat in a certain time window, say, you go 18 hours without eating and eat in a 6 hour window. It's one of the ways I like to lose weight because 1. after a little bit of time fasting my hunger dissipates 2. I get to eat huge delicious portions and it won't ruin my daily caloric intake since it's hard to eat over 1500 calories in one sitting unless you're eating utter shit 3. it's way easier for me personally.

I fell for the 6 small meals meme when I was a young teenager and it was the WORST, I was always hungry because none of my meals filled me up.

Sorry I missed this. I was enjoying my nightly feast. Tonight I prepared roasted iron bark pumpkin in a butternut squash soup, followed by a confit of loch duart salmon, lemon verbena, orchard apple and sorrel. For my next course I had a free-range hens egg, served over watercress, jabugo ham and toasted hazelnuts. Then a highfield farm quail over beetroot gratin, grains and leaves. I polished the evening off with a soft toffee over bitter chocolate on a crumbly shortbread, with a splash of salted butter ice-cream.

I am a pear shaped girl, 5'10", and down to 165 from 230 lbs. Whenever I bring up that I want to keep losing (my current goal is 130 but I know I'll want to go lower I just say that since it's still healthy BMI) people always say "but you're so pretty right now! You're nice and thick!"

My weight is all over the place today. Ate 700 calories yesterday, did a decent work out, somehow gained a pound. And that was as soon as I woke up this morning so wasn't water weight. My hunch is that that cut is too steep for you. I'm a 5'7" male, started cutting when I got to 150 lbs at a rate of about 1800 calories per day, am at about 125 now -- that was only about six months ago, and I wasn't doing very many sports, which will require more calories of you.

I can say for sure that what I did worked, and my original stats aren't that different from where you are now, so cutting faster than that might jeopardize your progress. Good luck.
