Had some free holiday time last week but now back to the books :^( I've not weighed myself since before I went because I couldn't really be accurate about calories, but I'm gonna check after a week back in my normal routine when any water/food weight won't be as fresh. I've been using a bircher oat mix thing and it's super good. I leave it overnight in soya milk and yoghurt, add frozen raspberries and heat it up in the morning.
Baked apple in cinnamon also goes really well with oats.

Hard to give you a firm answer on that. You'll need to see how your body reacts by gradually lowering your weight, eating reasonable amounts of calories, and not overdoing the exercise.

If you are still starving yourself at 15.9, then no, you'll probably faint or have some serious problems. If you get to 15.9 extremely slowly and are getting in enough calories, then it might be possible to be semi-healthy at that bmi. It just depends on the person.

I'm likely a minority here, but I'd recommend a pound every other week once below something like that bmi of 19. My reasoning for this is that once I got very skinny using a 500 calorie deficit caused me to eat so little calories that I couldn't maintain energy and health. To fix this I used a 250 calorie deficit and dropped slower, but those extra 250 calories really helped out with general well being. I only went to a bmi of 17 though. Below 17 I might even consider dropping slower, I donno. I mean I want to be /skinnyforlife/ and it just takes one fuckup to end up in a hospital or some shit and get on peoples radar too much. Tortoise and the hair sort of thing.

I'm 183cm and I currently weigh 57kg.

I've been thin and underweight my whole life. I can never seem to eat enough, I feel bloated and sick halfway through a meal and have to stop. I've always been like this.

Am I too thin? Should I keep working on gaining weight and force myself forward?

Small steps are good, but I'd go faster than that. If your TDEE is 2900, then eat 2400 for a month and see how it goes for you. Then see if you can drop to 2000 and lose about 2lbs per week with a lick of exercise. I wouldn't lose faster than that or you'll risk having bad loose skin problems

You should have a designated day to let yourself go. Mine's friday, so yesterday, I get a takeout, get hammered and eat some chocolate, then wake up the next day, have a banana and coffee for breakfast and drink as much as I can, already polished off 1 of these fuckers and on my second now.

BTW It takes about 1-2 days to loose the binge weight, which is mostly water weight so dont be scared that you put on 3 pounds of fat because it isnt, its just carbs and sugar holding the water.

TL;DR
Drink a metric fuck tonne of water and just stick to your diet. Job done.

Same. Pasta is always high though. It's no big though, 1800 isn't bad, and assuming you're in the 2000s range with whatever else you ate today, that's not bad either. Just learn from this and eat whatever your normal goal is tomorrow. Trying to compensate by eating a super tiny amount the next day never has good results, at least for me anyway.

Earlier in the year I was hoping to just by eating more healthy and picking up running (Ive always been awful with fitness so me running my first mile this year was fucking amazing as shit to me and I kept going and ran 5ks regularly and felt pretty amazing), but after awhile I started dealing with really bad depression and my endurance really died and I don't run as much as I used to. So to keep weight loss I started restricting and I hoped she would see how hard I'm dieting and how I plan food, but no, she just thinks Im stupid and unhealthy.

I mean, she's known for a long time and it's been a part of who she is for my entire life, honestly. I used to weigh 270 and lost 100 lbs in the past year so...I dunno. After awhile it's been hard really feeling guilty when she's throwing so much money at it, but unwilling to really put in the effort that I've put in

I tend find repetitive exercise like that tedious, so I just restricted my way down, but it'd be nice to have a maintenance higher than 1700 calories. Anyway, good job. I used to be 104ish due to health probs and they were about to hospitalize me. I have a super weak bod (PCOS + autoimmune disorders) so I really cant handle being too thin.. Ever since I saw my mom crying, I never want her to feel that way.

That's a normal reaction, honestly. I mean, your mom seems to really care for you. Im surprised you haven't been eating more due to quitting smoking. I gained like twenty pounds (another reason I started restricting really hard) when I quit earlier in the year. Not gross at all. You're on the higher end of the normal range, and that's fine. You'd probably be fine in short shorts, but it's hard for me to tell since I've never actually worn them or seen many people wearing them (cold where I live).
