Not sure if bait, but if you're seriously asking, then dress as conservatively, square and clean-cut as possible. You don't have to have to actually wear a suit, in my opinion, unless you wear them frequently anyway, and you're especially comfortable and at ease in them. Just nice slacks, a well-fitting, tucked in button-down shirt and a sweater would be good. Pay a lot of attention to your grooming before you go; shave and get a haircut if you need one. Be as white looking as possible, too, even if you're not actually white. Look employed and mention your job if given the opportunity. Also, make good eye contact with the judge and don't bow your head and look down with the Hispanic sign of respect. That sort of body language is misunderstood and makes you look guilty and shifty in court. Hold your head high and speak with a firm voice - you're projecting fearless honesty and decency. Just basically hold yourself apart from the scummy riff-raff that will be in court with you; you want to stand out from them. In other words, you want to look like the judge's mellow preppy nephew, not some weed smoking shitheel wigger faggot.
