I made thie exact thread last month. You really can't. We get maybe two months out of the year to wear jeans/long sleeves and MAYBE a light jacket or sweater. That's it.

Tampa here, I work in an office during the week with the AC cranked so I can usually layer up if I can stand the 5 minutes each day when I'm actually outside in the heat. On the weekend unfortunately I'm limited to shorts and lightweight tees with UB's, CP's, or Birks. Just start working out and get fitted clothing and you'll look /fa/ without trying.
