So... my cardio is pretty bad. Better than nothing, though. But I lift 3x a week and do a pretty rigorous ab routine 5x a week, and I think that burns quite a bit of calories. I might have had a similar body type to you know back when I used to ONLY run, and I did 5k probably 6x a week. I weighed 42.1kg back then and at around 1500 kcal a day. I think my waist was bigger back then than it is now.

Just tone it if it turn out yellow in the salon or buy purple shampoo. I got tired of going to salon every two months, so now I dye my hair blonde at home, I bought purple hair dye to add in the blonde mix by a drop, so it prevents yellow tones. Work wonders. But since you are new to hair coloring, look up hair color levels and tone chart, find the level of your color and look for a dye that claims to lighten hair of your color level.

Read the FAQ in the OP and get MyFitnessPal and do calorie counting. It's really the best way to get started with weight loss. Just eyeballing it, it sounds like your diet is pretty low calorie, but the best way is to log calories. It's also a bit of a training exercise for life since you end up learning how to eyeball your common foods so much better and you learn the ones that sneak the calories in on you.

A few years ago I was scouted to do modelling, which I was extremely wary of, as I didn't believe for a second I could do any kind of modelling whatsoever.

So I went to the agency, got some pictures taken, and she said I need to go to the gym and get fit, as I'm just under 6' so the work will be more limited for me.

Was battling depression and suicidal tendencies at the time, so exercise at all was unappealing to say the least.

Now I'm feeling a bit better in myself, getting fitter is something I would like to do, and if I could get some extra money through modelling of course I'd take up the offer.

What is the best regime for someone that's got >4% body fat and is weak as fuck? I don't eat a lot, but after today I am stopping all my smoking habits so that will be changing soon no doubt.

I probably won't contact the same agency once I'm in better shape, as I blew off at least 2 shoots she set up for me to start my portfolio. Any advice for finding another?

123 is my starting weight, but I started working out and eating healthier in the beginning of this summer, and I lowered my body fat quite a bit, but since I did so much weight lifting and boxing + ate protein like crazy, I got muscular so I'm athletic, but still heavy :/

I'm happy with the amount of muscles I have, but now I want to cut all the unnecessary fatty layer above it.

I want to lower my body fat considerably before christmas so I can eat whatever I want at christmas with my family that I haven't seen in a year. My target weight is probably around 115 pounds, I don't want to lose the muscle.

So now I have started doing a diet consisting mainly of apples and eggs. Anyone else tried that? It's quite filling, and low in calories.

1200 is plenty for a 5'4" girl. It's not hunger. Empiracally I know what hunger is -- what causes me to binge is like an addiction. I crave my mouth full of shit food, being full of sweets and cookies. It's almost a form of self harm.

When I eat properly and don't binge I eat healthy foods, breakfast is rice cakes, almond butter, fruit and coffee. Lunch is tuna, crackers, cheese and fruit or veggies. Dinner is usually a homemade soup/chili or something veggie focused.

It's between dinner and bed that I snack. Crackers, cookies, bullshit food that doesn't even fulfill me. I can't stop myself even when I know what I'm doing. I'm a slave to my stupid brain and need to regain control.

You don't need a sense, luckily. Buy a simple food scale, they aren't expensive. If not that then use measuring spoons for oil -- you can input "1/2 tablespoon olive oil" into your log when you cook. Or even better, by a spray oil like Pam, so the oil is less concentrated but still lubricates your frying pan evenly.

The location of the body fat is specific for each hooman and is genetic. You can not try to lose weight in particular parts of the body. If you do lose weight generally that thigh fat will go away eventually as well. Also you may never get the desired result (be like models) just because your legs are crooked or lack muscles.

Yeah I know but my fear of starches like pasta and white rice seem to come mostly from the idea that they'll not keep me full for very long and that they'll be converted into sugar since I'm not that active. So I try to stick to proteins and small amounts of fats (to help hold me over).
