Dovyou ever have days where you just dress like crap?
Every day
I look like complete shit most days since dropping out of Uni and becoming pretty depressed. I can't be bothered to dress nicely most of the time, but it's not like anyone sees me often when I'm in bed or in my room. My usual day to day outfit is just an old hoodie and some sweatpants (or if I'm going out I'll put on jeans). I kinda miss fashion though, so I try to dress nicely and go out at least once a week.

Yeah, feels bad when I do, I start off with "ah whatever I don't care" and it turns into "man I look like shit today"
I usually get complimented on what I wear though when its not a fuck it kind of day

i used to be like that. you can always 'dress up' (thats what it always felt like to me) and just go for a walk or something. at the very least youll get some fresh air and sunshine, maybe.

I bet everyone is laughing at you behind your back because of your try-hard lifestyle

yes. 3-4/7 days per week when I'm super depressed or feel fat i just wear leggings and a giant sweater. i try to compensate by wearing good shoes but eh.

Every day to be honest. Depressed and work from home anyway so no need to ever wear nice clothes. I order everything I can off of amazon, and for other necessities at the grocery store, I go to walmart at like 2 AM. The few other customers there will be wearing a bathrobe and crocs while riding a scooter, so I am actually the best looking customer there.
Feels bad, man.
