I know this isn't /fit/ but I need help getting rid of large thighs. I've lost weight and I'm more fit now but my legs are still large as hell. (5 ft 11 155 currently, was 175 before) I played a whole bunch of soccer and did rowing to lose the weight tho and it worked on my upper body but just increased my thigh size. now the outer quad area sticks out, further making my legs look massive. Whereas before it was just fat, now its like a combination of muscle and fat on top of the muscle, and it just looks awful. How the fuck do I slim down my legs so they at least look somewhat normal? I can barely wear even slim jeans and its fucking up my proportions. Thanks /fa/
I think im just going to continue to diet and run an hour on the treadmill every other day, I heard that helps. I want to be fit still and not skelly so I don't think ill go wheelchair mode quite yet lol. I appreciate the help senpai.
well currently i go to the gym around 2-3 times a week to lift, so should i continue doing this while essentially transforming my lower half into a long distance runner shape? Would it look weird at all or no?
