I've traveled mid east.
Those who don't wear traditional clothes usually dress like shit, only exceptions were in Lebanon (Beirut, specifically) and in jewland.

Went on a business trip to Kuwait recently, lots of the locals make there own clothing usually it's the robe thingy guys and chicks wear, though the way some dress is pretty basic, also no such thing as a nightlife lmao! Though alcohol is hard to come by in a country where it's illegal anyway.. Big prostitute problem.
