just get an all black helmet from companies "street/urban" lines. You're looking for a bmx style helmet. They're tough enough to get tossed around, and are low key for everyday wear. They're also cheap, so if it gets damaged/stolen, no big deal.

If you live in a very hot climate, you might consider a road style helmet that has more vents.

Giro, Bell, Bern, Protec etc all make good helmets. Something like pic related.

Be careful getting a BMX helmet. If you're not careful you'll end up looking like a mushroom head. Go with bern. If you want a more standard road-style helmet, get a matte-black Kali and ditch the visor
