I believe that flannel is the only true fit.
may as well rename the board /fla/
I love flannel, and it's a staple in my non-work outfit during the fall and winter. Admittedly, since it's usually paired with black skinny jeans, it's essentially the male basic bitch uniform.
Just go for darker tones and more mild patterns. Bright flannel (like the blue/black/white checkered one) is heinous.
I usually hate flannels but I like some gradients. Brightly colored lumberjack red and such are really ugly
Vermont Flannel is great. Their flannel is hearty, comfortable, and warm. The only downsides that I can think of are (1) they only have a few good patterns (I wouldn't imagine getting more than 2-3 VFs anyway), and (2) their sizes are a little funky and don't translate well to other brands (I think that they run large).
I always feel sad when I see a closet full of plastic hangers. Do you care about your clothes at all? If you did you would use wooden hangers. I'd like you to give that some real thought
can you explain this to me actually? how does plastic hurt your clothes? i have a mixture of plastic, wire and wooden hangers and my clothes have snagged/gotten splinters from the wooden ones and seem fine on all the other ones.
everytime I see some white guy with a plaid shirt + glasses, someone or something whispers into my ear:
what the fuck
It means that you look like you're trying too hard. It's out of place. Flannels look better on people that look a little scruffier or have longer/messier hair rather than being babyfaced and clean cut like (you)
