I'd get rid of the search bar, captions under the icons and possibly the dock, move those icons below the widget, put them at the same distance from it as with the top icon row. The widget and paper are nice and go along well, they just don't get as much notice as they should due to clutter.

I'd just turn off the notfications bar in general. You already have a widget doing most of what it is displaying.
Chang the icon of the folder in the lower left corner to something that makes sense with the contents. Maybe a magnifying glass.
Change the three colored icons to be monochrome.
Turn off page indicator (the little dot at the bottom of the screen letting you know that you're on the first page).

Don't show your page indicator and app drawer. Make sure your drawer is a gesture instead of a button. Give your folder icons a single icon. Background is to dimmed. Google search bar would look better without a background or a solid background. Lockscreen is too dull, maybe add an image beneath the clock and date. Remove T-mobile branding if possible.

The monochromatic style makes it overal look boring and forgetable.
