Im swedish and i have friends of all kind of heritage. Id say 3 of them get alot of pussy(and their good looking too). One is swedish one is black(ghanian) and one is kurdish. I don't know, look up a bunch of styles with people that have your same facial shape and then look at whats trending.

You also need to go more than cetaphil. Only people will that really nice skin genetics can afford to use 1 product everyday. You need to get a good skin regiment going until your skin is 100%

and you need to get some self confidence (lifting might help with this)

I know me telling you this seems easy but its not, but you can do it. Just believe in yourself.

If there's one plastic surgery you really really want research it thoroughly for like 1 year or longer.

I'm not sure desu friend, my skin used to be really oily and and I had blackheads I use a combination of AZTEC SECRET Indian Healing Clay Deep Pore Cleansing Facial Mask and stridex.

The bigest thing that helped me was using /r/SkinCareAddiction on reddit and basically playing around with your routine until you find what keeps your skin good.

Hydration and Clean bed sheets are above all imo.
