I've given gothninja a try but soon found out that you gotta have pretty wide shoulders otherwise a big hood is gonna look goofy as fuck. Also the streetwear angle always looks a bit ridiculous.

So instead I've chosen to go for a more subtle school shooter outfit (basically all black milsurp with a trenchcoat), but combined with a big-ass scarf and a regular hoodie to make it ghostly and shit. It looks even edgier than gothninja but also slightly more down-to-earth since it's basically what a hobo would wear, but black.

I call it kommando nazgul.

I'm not posting a fit cause I don't pull it off very well so it wouldn't be a good proof of concept.
