I got a decent pair from Brooks Brothers in greyish marle, had a more 'classic' wide leg fit but I took them to a tailor to suit my skeletal frame

I wear 30 jeans usually and they fit me perfectly, I'd say they fit 29-30
Measures 39 cm on waist laid flat though they sit bit higher than jeans usually.
But like any well made trousers they have that extra fabric on the ass inside of the pants so you can get them tailored for up to extra 3cm or so for the waist.
