How do you combat sweat?

I trim my armpits a little bit. They get hairy as fuck and smell stays in the hair so when it's shorter it doesn't.

Though sometimes I get drops of sweat running down my sides, I don't know how because it happens when I'm cold too. It doesn't smell but it makes my spine tingle a bit everytime it happens.

Lastly, I really notice the difference in wearing cheaper fabrics. I tend to sweat a lot more in an H&M T-shirt as opposed to even something slightly more expensive like COS.

It has a lot to do with the fabric yeah, synthetic fabrics will make you sweat more, 100% cotton garments less so.

Cotton doesn't dry very well while you're wearing it though, so SOME synthetic fabrics (techwear type stuff) can actually help for that. Uniqlo sells some that are good, I've tried the heattech shirts, but that's way too hot for the summer. I think they have undershirts for the summer aswell but I've never tried them.

To be honest I used to have sweat troubles a while back but since I started using lactovit it hasent been a problem in over a year.

Honestly dont use anything but it at this point, degree used to work for me but not as much. Also dont let your armpit hair get too long since itll just carry smells and make you sweat.

I use a deodorant that is alike to a creme, with baking soda in it, which really stops me sweating, and if I sweat it's not that bad and smells like vanilla. Works perfectly.

It's called "truly's natural deodorant', I was skeptical about the whole "lasts an entire day" thing, but I can 100% vouch that it does.
I had one tiny can for about a year now, with still some left, seeing you only have to apply a pea-sized amount which is almost nothing.

I haven't tried any other deodorants like this so granted I cant say it's the best of its class, but it sure as hell works 100% perfectly. Especially if you use other scents.

Another expensive, but effective non-invasive treatment would be miradry. basically laser treatment that melts your sweat glands ~$3500 or so i think? but definitely works

what would happen to the toxins that would've been eliminated through armpit sweat?

would my body adapt and make itself sweat more everywhere else or would my urine get more toxic?
