Right now just some breezy chinos and t-shirts. Too hot for anything else. They work much better as a casual boot than trying to overdress in them, which is what most people do. Looks stupid.

Here are my boots from last deployment. Probably saw 300+ days of nonstop wear, still have good tread but needed new ones so I didn't look like a shitbag.
I keep them around for hikes and working on cars.

What kind of oil for beeswax clarks? I've had them for 3 years now. The toes are getting that light brown scuff and I'd like them to be a solid color again.

They're Tricky Ricky actually, easily one of his most "normal" pieces but they do have that distinct Rick wide toe box irl

I wear a half size and am after a pair from a brand who don't make them. Is it better to go up or down, in most cases? I hope there's overlap, I don't want the choice to be clownshoe or foot binding.

Vibergs are great! If you're worried about the price though, Allen Edmonds are a pretty well respected alternative for about half the price. Plus Nordstrom usually carries a few pairs so you can get the fit right and then order the color/style you want.
