The creases that appear aren't bad, you can tell its high quality leather by the smoothness and the thickness so you shouldn't be worried about it. I was also kind of picky about the creasing but after a week it doesn't bother me. I just keep some shoe trees in them when I'm not using them

I like both but I think CP might have a tad better leather or they're the same. However the sole on CP feels like it's thicker and of higher quality
