Its preferable to only apply it around the tips of your hair, on your scalp it will just mess with your natural oils and you still want those. Also feels kinda gross when you apply too much or get it on your scalp, its for your hair not your skin.

A while back my barber fucked up my hairline near my temple with a straight razor like an asshole. Its been about 2 months now and the stubble is starting to patchily grow in, would Rogaine help the regrowth process?

Should I get a new haircut? I've had this jewfro type thing for a few years now and I have to admit I'm a little tired of it. It's really curly naturally. I've been thinking about getting it cut a lot shorter on the sides but I don't know how good that would actually look with my face shape or whatever.

Also, I have a question about brushing: this is what my hair comes out looking like if I brush it a lot in the mornings. It winds up taking out a lot of knots, but when I leave it alone it turns into much more defined curls. Barbar warns me I should avoid knots, because they damage hair. Should I brush or not?
