I'm 5'7 and 150 lbs at full bulk. Like... eating as much as a legit bodybuilder. Then lift and do bodyweight training literally all day long. So after a good day, I can look pretty close to the "built" body, but since I'm naturally small/thin, my gains deteriorate quickly and in the in-between stages my body runs the entire gamut. Some days I have abs like Reynolds in pic, some days look more like the "builtfat" pic. Also have had gyno since 12 years old, despite having a ripped chest underneath from lifting and doing mad calisthenics.

I've made great strides in my body, but I don't think most people deal with what I deal with on a day to basis.
