keep long on top, shorten your right side a bit. Nothing huge, just so that you take that roundness of the top of your head and make the volume go upwards only instead of everywhere.

My facial hair is that colour, actually it's probably a little darker. Anything more than stubble looks like trash. I have really good coverage. I can grow a mean beard but having a brown beard with red/brown highlights when the sun shines on it puts me off growing it out.

Shaved it after years of super long hair. Probably looks worse than it did before, but I find it worth the lowered maintenance.
