If you have big quads, don't wear skinny or slim jeans. Doubly so for being a manlet and having big quads. If you're not tall (6'+) then don't bulk if you want to look fashionable.

Be fit. Do yoga. Run. Do bodyweight exercise.

I'm 6'5, what's a pretty good body weight/bf%?
I was 170 lb hungry skele and now I'm 210 decently think but not huge. Prob around 15% BF.
How do I balance fit and fa, escaping hungry skeleton is one of the best things I've ever done for my self esteem and such

I think 10% is good.
Man, I don't do hungry anymore either. I do 4 meals a day and that keeps me feeling satisfied during the day although I never feel full. I just avoid shitty food and try to cook as often as I can.
I also run 5 miles 5-6x a week and do pilates. I'd say my body is /fa/ without feeling exhausted/hungry all the time.
