i think joggers have a different material? i have joggers from uniqlo and cuffed superstar trackpants from adidas. the joggers feel different. i'm too lazy to actually look up what theyre made of. also joggers have a zipper/putton/belt loops.

As far as I know sweatpants are generally pants intended for comfort or athletic use, while jogers are pants with rubber welts at the bottom of leg.
