Medfag here. The body tens to creat a capsule around the implant. If it ruptures the countour will change, get rock solid or creata lumps. Although the bio-capsule should still contain it. If theres leakage outside the capsule the surrounding tissue can get inflamed and/or you might get scar tissue.
