Cutting hair is incredibly easy. As long as you're not disabled, you should have no trouble getting a decent look with a pair of scissors and a mirror.
If it's a short cut, getting the very back to look neat can be a little tricky. You might need two mirrors for that part. But otherwise just take your time and you should be fine.

discontinued HY is easy as fuck to cut yourself, haven't gone to a barber in a year and my hair is always on point

>wet your hair on the top, comb it to a sidepart
>with a 1/2" clipper (approx., longer if you're new to that and shorter if you're bold), remove the hair around your ears (sideburns, then just move the clipper around your ear in a circular motion)
>remove hair on back with a small mirror in your left hand, clipper in your right hand, facing away from the bathroom mirror
>I prefer to fade the back with different clipper sizes, move from e.g. the 1/2" to longer lengths, the height of the back should be approx. as pic related
>then comb hair on top so it hangs like the 90's wings haircut, then cut it shorter
