Yeh it does seem weird that he'd leave. The rumours mentioned creative differences, but that seems surprising with how much control he has over the brand. He's also pretty much tripled their income as well, so they'd be stupid to let him go. Maybe he got fed up with them trying to cash in as much as possible and altering the sizing his designs.

Chanel would be pretty cool and it'd make sense as Karl loves him and I think would really like him to take over, but I thought Karl would continue working there till he dies.
