saying this worked on /mu/ but you can't come here and try and put each vague kind of style into some kind of lame microgenre

Its minimalist/modernist fashion anon. Lemaire, Patrik Ervell, and other Scandinavian brands do this. If you want to go to the tech side, Arc'teryx Veilance puts out stuff like this.
Its basically muted colors with loose fit/silhouette, clean lines, sportswear influence, etc. Key pieces are textured trousers and overcoats.

Because they're comfy as fuck and you don't get a bunch of wrinkles surrounding your crotch whenever you sit down like you do with flat-front pants.

To add, some other designers that come to mind are Hardy Aimes (see his costume design on Kubrick's 2001), Jil Sander, Margaret Howell, and maybe Issey Miyake. A good guide is to see all the designers Uniqlo has collaborated with.

Every reply here is fucking stupid, the "core" you're searching for is normcore, lurk more, browse uniqlo and thrift.
>>10921325
Holy fuck, leave this board, this is not normcore, not everything in fashion has to be related to some 'core' you autist, if you actually left your house for once you would realise how fucking retarded you are to need to relate everything to some internet meme trend
This is just typical lemaire design, who is know for his minimalistic styling
yeah, not sure everything needs to be a core or whatever. Iemaire does seem to take quite a bit of inspiration from aspects of french new wave though, like young jean paul belmondo here
