Considering getting fully functional rain jacket that's bit longer to cover you better costs around €10 I think it is rather expensive. And considering how little use I would have for one it's especially so.
It really won't be comfortable as thin jacket, however if you are in a market for a raincoat and don't mind spending that much, sure, get it.

I'd stray away from Omocat as i heard quality isn't too good and designs go bad when washed also overpriced and Shopwithasianstereotypes as alot of it is edgy desu idk you may like it haven't heard too much bad about it. Other than that, idk about apparelK it's eh. Teeparty isn't exactly animeish but its got nice designs, sadly jp so you gotta use that tenso shit (put me off it).

Alot of big cartels will have some, not sure if that's much help but try look around on etsy possibly if you don't like any of those sites.
