"Physical peak" my ass. That's the mentality that people who obsess over their high school years have.
Research unequivocally shows that people become happier and more fulfilled as they get older - that is, as they develop experience, knowledge, etc. Your physical "peak" is pretty irrelevant to that.
Spend your 20s developing yourself professionally, academically, and physically. If you keep up an exercise regimen, your physical appearance will keep. Whether or not you've "made it" by 21 (or whatever) is irrelevant.
