how practical flyknit racers are?

good for style, not practical for running because the sole is so flat unless you like flat sole running shoes.

They have good traction control and if you sprint they are a god-send sneaker.

I run cross country and track in college and I have done races, workouts and a triathlon in flyknit racers. As racing shoes, they are not very good. Because the back is flimsy, after a bit the flywire loosens and your foot starts to slip. Better nike racing shoes are the Streak 5 or Lunaracer 3. As casual shoes however, they are really cool. Pretty comfy for just walking around.
