It's not visibly dirty but I want to sanitize it because I got sick after eating some Chinese and had to use the public rest room in the mall.

I ended up having to hang the jacket up on the hook inside of the stall while I use the toilet so I want to clean the jacket both inside and out for sanitary reasons.

I machine washed a leather jacket I got from eBay for a couple of dollars. Turned out fine, just let it dry without heat, on a hanger for a week should be fine . I treat it with leather cream immediately after too
