What should I eat if I'm broke trying to lose weight / stay the same weight? I eat 2 meals a day as it is and barely snack but what I eat for my 2 meals a day can easily be cut down cash-wise. Trying to avoid ramen and things like that. I'm 6'2" and 170 pounds

A lot of boxers eat grapefruit because it breaks down the fat in your body other than that there's really nothing specific to eat to lose weight, just eat at a calorie defecit.

6'4 160lbs here, was in the same situation a while back, here's some cheap meal options that also made me lose weight while still feeling full
Quesadillas
Chicken
Eggs
Beans
Pasta
Make a lot of chili, freeze it and eat it over time
Thin crust frozen pizzas, off brand is cheapest brand
Fruit/vegetables
Buy nuts when they're on sale
Drink only water and a lot of it
