tried a few different makes/models of similar boots and ended up getting 2 pairs of these.

My pair of docs 1460 have held up for 3 years, it's all about how you take care of them

as far as I've learned clarks fall apart and look like shit no matter how good you take care of them

Leather looks fine once its broken in and supple especially if you use the Doc Marten cream shit and the boots have held up fine over years.
