The logo on the tongue has no SB, so that's one thing.
They're not dunks because there is no tab from the heel going to the collar. The material is actually split above the swoosh in the back, just as it is on any other pair of AJ1.

These are Air Jordan 1's, probably some grade school Girl's special edition.
