Speed=Amphetamine=Adderall
They're different words for the same thing.
Instant release (IR) is what gives you a good high. XR doesn't all take effect at once, so you're not as hi but for longer. XR is for faggots

I get IR dexies here in australia, stopped taking them due to side effects.
We can't get Adderall but it's basically 80% dexie whether it's IR or XR.

So how is modafinil? I'm thinking of going back to my psych and getting him to switch me over to it.
