Used minoxidil (rogaine) for like 3 months. Discontinued it's use because of side effects (numbness and tingling of hands and feet and one episode of extreme random tachycardia).

I gained some beard hair, but definitely not enough to grow a beard and didn't see any progress for last month.

it can cause swollen eyes and a puffy face.
you have to use it some months before you can see any results.
the growth effect on the beard might be reversible as it is with tophair.

would only use once a day and more ml does not give better growth; just cover the area you are dealing with a little.
