It depends have you dyed your hair or bleached it really. I have bleached, ashy shade hair that goes past shoulders and I have to use atleast 2 products after washing the hair. When the hair is towel dry I spray about 4 pumps of leave in moisturizer and then apply 5 pumps of hair oil/elixir. After the hair has dried I usually add some more oil to the tips. During winter people with undyed hair should try this too because it protects hair from dry air and cold.

If you have bleached hair you should try to find moisturizers from a salon, the cheap ones in every store usually end up making the hair look and feel lifeless and dirty. I recommend Tresemme's Oil Elixir (macadamia one) because it's in between being silicone/liquid and oil based product. Too little oil and your hair can still be frizzy and dry. Too much oil and it's greasy which is why you should try to find products labeled as "elixir" and see how it goes with your hair.

I don't use shampoo because it damages the hair too much but instead use a salon conditioner that I leave as a mask for 5 mins at tops. Leaving conditioner for some time makes your scalp and hair clean as if you shampooed it. If you wash with cool water your hair gets less greasy because warm water makes scalp dry, causing it to create oil.

tl;dr people with undyed hair try to find shit called elixir and people with fucked up bleached hair search for a moisturizer and an oil.

The fastest photo I whipped was taken last summer. Usually summer is murder for bleached hair because the heat dries them but with moisturizer and oil I managed to tame it.

Bleached hair means work and I mean it. I have 3 main schedules in my life that are for school, work and hair. As an advice I'd suggest you not to bleach your hair if you don't want to commit time and effort. It took me 2 years to find the right products and now I have 3 shelves full of hair products I don't use that continue to my shower floor.

Bleaching makes the hair more frail because it loses its pigment making it kinda "hollow". And because of that you need to be careful for example when combing it because it causes breakage and especially with heat. Too much styling will make the hair even more thinner causing it to break but this can also happen if the climate is too harsh. But if you're naturally light you don't need to process the bleach that long to get blonde hair which leads to more stronger and thicker hair. There's also olaplex that's supposed to fill the gaps caused by bleach, making the hair shiny and less frizzy. This is just my opinion but unmaintained bleached hair looks very bad and it shows easier on longer hair making the whole head look like bird nest. Moisturizers and oils kinda fill the gaps in hair temporarily making the hair look healthier. If you're not into the workload bleached hair might give you I suggest to try olaplex.

in order to have his hair, your hair has to be straight/very slight wave with a flip on the end. your hairline has to be low and the back has to be long enough to touch the bottom of your neck wet.
if you want to style it like his, the real key is have the front long enough that you can tuck the first strands behind your ears while the rest creates an arch around your face. my hair is similar to his and the problem is that his hair is actually a lot longer than it looks due to how his hair waves.

What's your hair like to begin with? If you had greasy hair to begin with, pure no poo may not be for you and you should go for a baking soda/apple cider vinegar wash/condition every three or four days

It's been awhile but as I remember it getting into no poo you don't wash your hair for like a week then you do one of those and your hair straight up looks the best it's ever been

to do the wash you just rub baking soda onto your scalp (not into your hair but like onto your scalp, kinda hard, it should feel good like itching an itchy spot) and you keep doing that until it feels slippery... you'll know what I mean when it happens. It takes a little bit.

then you rinse it out super well (super well) and condition with a mix that's a little bit of ACV and a lot of water (I forget the proportions you can prob google them easy) and let that sit while you do the rest of your showering business. then rinse really well so you don't smell like vinegar and bam gorgeous hair

it worked for me, just drop dead never cleaning my hair did not since my skin is too naturally oily
